I was waiting on the chairs/director to resolve this. Does comment 2
<https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25581#c2> essentially mean
that I can RESOLVED -> FIXED the bug since it appears to imply no change
from our current practice?
