The SVG <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scalable_Vector_Graphics> source for
the illustration is available at
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-media/raw-file/default/encrypted-media/stack_overview.svg.
You can use that to generate any resolution you need.
