Due to a personal obligation Aaron cannot make the TF meeting on Tue April 2.  Therefore I am proposing that we have an EME meeting on Tue Apr 2 and move the next MSE meeting to Tue Apr 9.

I will send out an agenda for Tue Apr 2 meeting tomorrow.  Please let me know ASAP if this change in plan is a problem for any TF members.
