RE: Media Task Force August meeting schedule

At the Aug 13 meeting we decided to have EME meet again on Tue Aug 20 and Tue Aug 27.  Until the MSE Last Call Working Draft is published and we have actual MSE LC comments to process it seems best to use the Media TF teleconferences to advance the EME work.

Note that I am travelling on business in China this week and may not be able to Chair the Tue Aug 20 EME meeting.  I will prepare the agenda as usual but the TF members will very likely have to handle the meeting without me.

At today's Media Task Force meeting we decided on the following meeting schedule:


a)      Tue Aug 6 - EME

b)      Tue Aug 13 - EME

c)       Tue Aug 20 - To be determined

d)      Tue Aug 27 - To be determined

If a MSE Last Call Working Draft is published by Aug 15 (current target date) then we may want to have MSE meet on Tue Aug 20.

Note that I will not be able to attend the Tue Aug 6 meeting since I will be on vacation.  In addition I will be travelling on business on Tue Aug 20 and will probably not be able to attend that meeting as well.
