I will be there and there will be other people from Microsoft. If others would prefer to notify me of their attendence privately that is also fine. I'm just trying to get a sense of how many people, that are interested in this work, will be attending. If we can get critical mass at the TPAC meeting I would like us to finalize the FPWD's of both the EME and MSE specs. And doing this at the TPAC meeting would be a good chance to socialize the specs with the rest of the WG. /paulc Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596<tel:%28425%29%20705-9596> Fax: (425) 936-7329<tel:%28425%29%20936-7329> -----Original Message----- From: Mark Watson [mailto:watsonm@netflix.com<mailto:watsonm@netflix.com>] Sent: Wednesday, September 26, 2012 12:33 PM To: Aaron Colwell Cc: <public-html-media@w3.org<mailto:public-html-media@w3.org>> Subject: Re: TPAC On Sep 26, 2012, at 9:24 AM, Aaron Colwell wrote: > I meant to ask this on the call yesterday, but forgot. > > Who from this group is planning on going to TPAC? > > Are there plans to talk about MSE there? > > I'm on the fence about attending so I just want to gauge who else will be there and what people might want to accomplish if I am. I will be there. I hope we will have a FPWD by then. If we encounter any resistance to moving to FPWD then TPAC would be a good opportunity to try and resolve that face-to-face. Also it will be an opportunity to discuss the pass-XHR-direct-to-media-source issue with WebApps. If we have open bugs that are proving stubborn, then we could try and use the f2f to resolve those. Otherwise I expect we will want to give a report on progress and gather feedback. ...Mark > > Thanks, > Aaron
