Re: CSS Text Module Level 3, CSS Writing Module Level 3 Last Call

css-text 的 4.1.2. Segment Break Transformation Rules
中写到：if the East Asian Width property
[UAX11]<http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-text/#ref-UAX11>of both the
character before and after the line feed is F, W, or H (not A),
and neither side is Hangul, then the segment break is removed.

这里要求segment break（即换行）两边都是汉字符号（Unicode规范中的East Asian
Width属性是Fullwidth、Wide、Halfwidth）才会去掉，也就意味着汉字和某些属性为*Ambiguous*
的符号（如引号、¥符号等）之间的空白不会被remove而仍然是变成一个空格。

也就是是说这
段文字中的换
行都会被去掉，
然而如果是在
“引号前后的换行”
或者是日元符号
¥前的换行就不
会去掉。

我认为这个不太好。建议将规则改为如果两个字符一个是A另一个是F、W、H的时候也去掉空格。
