Re: form name attribute values

I, myself, am not fond of that syntax.

1. There is the RDFa "about" attribute for that sort of use.
2. For modeling, that could mean name = skos:Concept, which is a bit too much like the Jeopardy Game Show and less like meta data processing I think.
