Almost all of our errors fall into the "unknown" category. We understand the general principle of wanting to tell users if there is something they can do to try to correct the issue (something in their configuration) or if there is nothing that they can do. We're just not sure at this point that we can produce a readily interoperable list. Our experience is that without the implementation-specific systemCode, diagnosing issues is difficult.
