the html5 spec has a lang declaration
<html lang="en-US-x-Hixie">

I suggest that since the HTML5 spec is no longer edited by hixie it
probably appropriate to change the lang attribute of the spec to

<html lang="en-US">

or if you like

<html lang="en-US-x-hober-ginger-erika-travis">
