The process is that we keep working on this and that any agreement we reach
will be included in the HTML.next draft. We will be shipping a FPWD of
HTML.next as soon as we have a CR of HTML5, which is soon, so there is
essentially no delay. It's just a matter of the CR snapshot being
feature-frozen.
