Just before section 3.2, the "color" link points to:
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/number-state.html#color-state
Which no longer exists -- should it point instead to:
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/states-of-the-type-attribute.html#color-state-(type=color)
