Summary: What precisely is "the Document's browsing context"?
Nothing seems to explicitly specify how Documents are

What precisely is "the Document's browsing context"? Nothing seems to

also like to say that documents have a selection if and only if they have a
browsing context, but I'm reluctant to if the concept isn't precisely defined
or interoperably implemented.
