[Bug 15334] In step 13, "most appropriate application cache" could be nothing. For exmple, if the user "View Image" from a page that isn't cached (while the image with the same URL is in the appache of another cached page). Or perhaps you could just say UA may skip t from bugzilla@jessica.w3.org on 2012-02-01 (public-html-bugzilla@w3.org from February 2012)
