Hi Ian,
I am having a hard time figuring out your comment (above). Should I read this
as saying "I intend to make an edit to clarify that quotes are shown and this
edit will specify the ASCII quotes and no language-sensitivity, but I will
change this to be language specific if you give me a CSS block showing exactly
what to include instead"?
Or did you mean something else?
Would it be workable to refer to the quotes in CLDR rather than providing an
exhaustive list inside HTML5?
