the substance of my comments 0, 2, and 4 stands;

I do not care to debate the issue as such; I will accept the conclusion of the
WG; however, i wish to insist on a formal process and response, and I hope this
process will lead to an explicit policy in the W3C regarding treatment of this
and similar cases; I also hope that participation in W3C by pseudonym or
reference to works published under a pseudonym will be proscribed;
