Overall, I agree.  I would suggest rewording this one to simply state that the
bug is to be RESOLVEd by the editor as with any other bug.  The reason I
suggest this is twofold: (a) the editor doesn't need to agree and can mark the
bug as WONTFIX, and (b) unless there is a deadline for objections, the matter
is not settled.
