[Bug 12326] The wrap attribute lacks the value "off", which is consistently supported by major browsers and corresponds to the old default behavior, which is still reflected in the HTML 4.01 Recommendation. The "off" value is a presentational value, and thus is handled by the Rendering
section

instead.
