http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13401 Summary: Make command.checked behavior consistent with input.checked Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson) AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch ReportedBy: jan.varga@gmail.com QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org, public-html@w3.org Currently command.checked changes also content attribute checked. input.checked changes only the state (checkedness) and the checked content attribute sets only the initial state. The activation behavior of <command> is also incorrect, it should just match what is specified for <input> (radio and checkbox state) Is there a reason to not use the checkedness and dirty checkedness flag for command elements ? HTMLCommandElement could then contain the .defaultChecked IDL attribute. -- Configure bugmail: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
