The reason I didn't do that is that it's perfectly valid to put content other
than the author's name in a link with rel=author, so we can't really grab the
name that way.
I'm marking this LATER, so that I look at it again in a while. If people are
using this algorithm, then it would make sense to handle this kind of thing
more carefully in a future revision.
