[Bug 13423] Remove the Editing APIs section. It's extremely incomplete and contradicts my editing spec on a lot of points, so it will confuse implementers.

If the W3C doesn't care about a mess getting worse than it already is, I'm not
going to stand in the way. 

I'm removing my email from the cc list. I also remove any and all objections to
anything the editor or Aryeh wants to do. 

I genuinely don't care anymore.
