[Filing on behalf of John Gardner]
User agents should treat a <math> element's "alttext" attribute as equivalent
to an "aria-label". When present, this text should be added to the AT agent's
speakable buffer in place of a plain-text rendering of the math symbols.
HTML Task Force in discussion is unclear in this case whether it's a question
for the HTML spec or the MathML spec, since this is "inside" the math element.
Filing this bug to meet deadline but will need to figure this out.
