Pf notes the attempt to provide linked definitions. However, in our experience
these
frequently seem circular and unhelpful. A separate section providing
definitions for terms
in this specification, especially to those definitions which are particular to
this specification,
would greatly aid in the understandability of this document, especially for
persons not
yet intimate with the specification.
