Is there a need for this assume-null-if-assigned-thing-is-wrong behaviour for
any non-Function attributes?  (I.e. is it something we want to change in the
normal ES->IDL conversion rules?)

Ian: can you file a bug on Web IDL if you need a mechanism to select this
non-standard coercion behaviour, thanks.
