Sorry for having taken so long to get around to fixing this, but I just now
checked in a change:

http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/html5/markup/tools/css2xml.diff?r1=1.10;r2=1.11;f=h

That completely suppresses the "Typical default display properties" section for
meter and progress altogether -- because (as I understand it at least) they are
replaced elements, so their default CSS properties don't really tell you much
at all about how they are actually displayed.

There were some instances of other -webkit-* properties in the draft, so I
tweaked my script to remove or replace all those.

(And note that the reason the content of the "Typical default display
properties" sections has -webkit-* stuff in it to begin with is that it's
generated by processing the default WebKit user-agent stylesheet.)

If you're satisfied with the changes, please move the status of this bug to
Closed; if you're not satisfied, please re-open it with a comment.
