Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: Just use dir="". That's the right attribute to use in that case as
far as I can tell.

If you think the spec should show this as an example I'm happy to add one. Grab
me on IRC and we can figure something out. (I don't speak Arabic or Hebrew so
I'll need help with that.)
