It might make a good description, unless the video consists of dozens of shots
of different children.  My daughter just happens to be in the key frame. 
Accidental feature?  Yes.  But that hardly matters.  The key frame contains
that information, and if I can't see it, and if there is no description of that
key frame, I don't have access to that information.
