Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention. If we adopt this proposal, when
serializing text nodes svg-script, we'd probably want to insert "<![CDATA["
before the node, and "]]>" after the node. This makes it easier to then copy
serialized SVG-in-HTML and paste it as valid SVG-in-XML.
