Geez, given that this bug was FILED BY A BLIND PERSON (who outta know what they
need/want) I am hard pressed to understand how the Editor has come to this
stroke of reasoned genius. What ever happened to Users over Authors over
Implementers over Theoretical Purity?

Once again the editor walks away from issues he clearly has no understanding of
by implying that he is MegaBrain and how dare we question his judgment. (He is
apparently also now SuperDad, and will watch over his kids 24 hours a day - 365
days a year, but I digress...)

No matter, this bug is now tagged with the TrackerRequest keyword, which means
that it should be in the Issue Tracker. A quick check
(http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues) suggests that this may not be the
case, and I respectfully request that the Chairs advise whether this will be
escalated to an actual Issue (which requires calls for Change Proposals, etc.)
as clearly the editor has no idea what is being asked for, or why - or he
simply doesn't care.
