[Bug 9272] This admonition should probably be marked as “Important” rather than “Note”, because of the consequences confusing the definitions of whitespace could have.

Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: I don't understand. What do you mean by "marked as important"? If
you mean the "warning!" class, then I'd rather not; that's reserved for
security problems, whereas this is a more basic interop issue. In any case, I
doubt it would make much difference — anyone reading this is as likely to
ignore green blobs of text as red blobs of text!
