Ai ai. I had not seen his comments. My impression from Anne when I discussed
what the diff doc says about SGML features, was that the HTML4-diffs document
is meant as a PR document - for "the bloggers" - those who don't need to read
the details. 

I have been thinking of writing my own HTML4 diffs document lately .... Big
thank to Marcos.
