I suggest fixing this by changing "If a reflecting IDL attribute is a boolean
attribute, ..." to "If a reflecting IDL attribute is a <code>boolean</code>,
..." and changing references to "the attribute" to "the content attribute" in
<http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/urls.html#reflect>.
