[Bug 9057] New: status section, ref to "HTML specifications"

From: <bugzilla@wiggum.w3.org>
Date: Wed, 17 Feb 2010 21:59:52 +0000
To: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
Message-ID: <bug-9057-2486@http.www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/>

Summary: status section, ref to "HTML specifications"
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: julian.reschke@gmx.de
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

"These bugs, issues, and e-mails apply to all HTML specifications, not just
this one."

This is misleading; not every spec that the HTML WG currently works on is a
"HTML specification"

See also http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Feb/0453.html:

"...So I agree the term is not enlightening. Probably the least ambiguous thing
to do is either list the three specs covered, or split the bug lists somehow."
