[Bug 8930] In HTML, an element's "home subtree" is the set of descendants from the HTML node. Perhaps say that?

Checked in as WHATWG revision r4750.
Check-in comment: Clarify some terms like 'home subtree' by moving some things
around and adding some more explanatory text in terms of the other terms
defined.
