I find using a bug database, as a means of managing disparity within a group to
be novel, though unlikely to be effective. Regardless, I also know that I don't
have time to deal with procedural issues, when I'm also involved in so many
issues related to the actual HTML5 specification. In particular since I don't
expect a positive respond from anything I might say.

I withdraw my request.
