Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale:

document.html isn't necessary, since document.documentElement already returns
that.

We might want to do document.head one day, but the use cases for it aren't so
compelling that we should add it now. Best to wait until the implementations of
the new APIs have caught up with the spec.

(There's no inset box because the APIs in question currently don't exist.)
