The example ins section "4.8.13 Image maps" demonstrates how to create image
maps that only contain area elements.
Please also add another example showing how to combine <area> elemetns and <a>
elements. As starting point, you can take what you discussed in the WHATWG when
you removed @shape/@coords from the anchor elements
