rel="longdesc"
resource="long-description.html">
or
<img src="foo.jpg"
alt="{Short alternative}"
id="image">
<a href="long-description.html"
rel="longdesc"
about="#image">Image description</a>
or
<img src="foo.jpg"
alt="{Short alternative}"
