[Bug 10112] should element.click() also set focus on the clicked element? This is not clear from the steps given for the click() method

Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: No, it should not. How is that unclear? None of the steps listed
mention focus, as far as I can tell... why would you think it would focus the
element?
