In the WAI-ARIA section current spec the table element is listed both in the
table for roles with strong semantics and the list with no semantics

suggest replacing current with

table  > no role > If specified, role must be one of the following:
alertdialog, dialog, directory, grid, list, listbox, menu, menubar, tablist,
toolbar, tree, treegrid or presentation.
