Summary: base64 def in algorithm for put to data URI
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
URL: http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html#submit-data
-put
OS/Version: Windows NT
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)

This section currently does not cite RFC 2397 on how to create the URI; it
probably should.
If the current algorithm does stay though, it probably cite the latest and
greatest on BASE64, which would be RFC 4648.
