Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: This bug is about whether <a coords> is conforming or not. Based on
UA feedback, it was removed from the UA requirements and made non-conforming.

This bug is not about extra examples or other material. Please file separate
bugs for each request so that they can be tracked separately.
