An attribute is probably a better idea than an element.
Perhaps this should be generalized into some sort of content-rating attribute.
For example:
<html contentrating="pornographic"/>
<div contentrating="violent">...</div>
Altogether this is probably a bad idea since it's hard to enforce and easy to
abuse.
