http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6563

Summary: Specify if innerHTML setting should use the quirkiness
                    of the document
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: hsivonen@iki.fi
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

If the spec ends up having parsing differences in the quirks mode, the spec
should say whether innerHTML setting should run the parser in the quirkiness
mode of the owner document of the context node.
