Summary: Allow width=0 on <img> and <iframe>
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Spec bugs

Some pages use <img> or <iframe> for the purpose of loading something without
showing it (e.g. a tracker), and so use width=0 height=0. HTML5 requires a
positive integer for width and height, meaning that authors have to jump
through unnecessary hoops if they care about validation. So I'd suggest to
allow 0 in width/height.
