It is unclear if all contexts share the same bitmap. WebGL suggests they don't
which creates interesting scenarios as to what happens when you get a 2D
context, then a WebGL one, and then start drawing on the 2D one, etc.

Ideally all contexts share the same bitmap I think, but state of the art might
make this impractical? :/
