CfC: Publish "HTML Form HTTP Extensions" as a WG Note

The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the "HTML Form HTTP Extensions" as a WG Note.



The candidate WG Note document can be found here:

Note that the Editor's Call for Implementations was sent in Feb 2015 and received no responses [1].



Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.  If there are no objections by Friday Sep 25, this resolution will carry.
