Using WAI-ARIA in HTML

and
ARIA in HTML
https://specs.webplatform.org/html-aria/webspecs/master/

are different documents. 'ARIA in HTML' is the module spec that replaces
the bulk of the content in the HTML5 WAI-ARIA section.
