The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to return DOM4 to Last
Call. The document can be found here:

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive
responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Wednesday July
2nd, this resolution will carry.
The proposed Last Call Working Draft states:
Since this document has already been through the Candidate
Recommendation stage, the Working Group expects to advance it to
Proposed Recommendation at the end of this Last Call period.
A list of bugs received during the CR phase, as well as their

Additionally, Document.origin as well as features previously listed as
at risk[1] have been removed.
