Re: CfC: Request transition of HTML5 to Candidate Recommendation

I thought the WG had just made a decision to return the document
to an additional last call.  Was that LC made?  Note that the
changes haven't even been made it as a WD yet, let alone an LC, so
I don't see how that is possible.
