This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish the following "HTML Ruby Markup Extensions" specification as a Working Group Note: http://htmlwg.org/heartbeat/NOTE-html-ruby-extensions-20140130/ This material was previously published as a separate Working Draft [1] and has now been integrated into both the W3C HTML 5.0 and HTML 5.1 specifications. This CfC is dependent on the HTML WG agreeing to publish the heartbeat HTML 5.0 and HTML 5.1 Working Drafts [2] that contain the material from the Ruby Markup extension spec. Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.
